Stan Lee Secrets Behind The Comics

I came into possesion of a copy of the 1994 hardcover reprint of Stan Lee's Secrets Behind the Comics over the weekend. Ive been trying to find the value of the book which is in mint cond complete with certificate but im not really finding much info except for a used copy going for $150 on amazon. Anyone have any ideas on what it might be worth?

The only thing I've seen about that book has the first print going for as high as $350. I couldn't find anything on reprinted copies.

Yeah i did some more digging and found that its ultra rare and copies of the one i have are fetching around $200-300! Woohoo! Jackpot!!!!

The book..Seduction of the Innocent..by Fredric Wertham. It's the book that led to the creation of the comic code.

Ha! It was given to me by my gf's dad who used to own a comic store. It was a gift! He also gave me a variant Iron Fist Marvel Legend figure but the book is a gem!
