Well i say i wasn't surpised when i heard about this but to find out that Micheal Bay is doing it is a twist. I know we can expect alot of flashy effects and explosions. Well the man that is playin freddy is Jackie Earle Haley but known to us as Rorschach. Granted he's no Robert England when it comes to Freddy but it'll be a worth looking at and comparing.

Michael Bay is only producing it. It is his company Platinum Dunes that is making the film same with the remake of Friday the 13th.

everything is a damn remake. Are there no new ideas left?
