| In my opinion NYCC was the best convention I've ever been to. I highly recommend anyone that didn't go this year to start saving their money and skip whatever conventions you need to skip in order to go next year. Reed knows how to put on a great show and I was completely satisfied with my experience. I didn't even see everything at the show until midway through Saturday and only was able to accomplish two complete walks around the show floor. It wasn't the best buying convention, but I think you would expect that out of a New York convention. If you like art there was an artist's alley whose size alone was the size of most mid-sized conventions. There was also an entirely separate anime artist's alley. | |

| I had a blast...and I'm still tired. They said the had about 95,000 people there over the weekend. It gets better every year. Next year will be Oct 14 -16. They are talking about adding a 4th day sometime in the future. Not a big sketch con for me but I did get to meet Stan Lee!! | |

What sketches did you get? For some reason I didn't get any sketches this time. I think I just didn't want to be bothered. Too much other stuff going on to have to worry about getting sketches back and forth. Especially since I flew in. It sucks that you got aced out of the Walking Dead panel. My buddy and I snuck into the VIP balcony before the M. Night panel. We noticed that they were lining up people for the Walking Dead panel already, but all we did was just ignore the line and walk right into the theater. They announced they wouldn't be clearing the room after the M. Night panel, so we knew there'd be problems once they let all the Walking Dead people in. Sure enough they kept letting wave after wave into the theater and filled it to capacity in no time.

| I heard they had enough people who wanted to go to the Walking Dead panel to fill the room 2X over. | |

I believe it, because the room was 3/4 full before they even let anyone from the line in.
