- Hey fellas. Thanks for the invite to this forum.
As you've read over at the WUMB, I've been skewering Wizard and that Scab guy for putting together a shitty show, which is what several of you apparently did earlier in the thread. I am purposely being an asshole over there, but I think that our points are valid. If I wanted to go to a show to see washed up wrestlers, I pay a $3 door charge to get into a hotel lobby or firehouse.
I'm an avid comic reader and have been to WWP 5 of the last 6 years. It gets more terrible every year. I enjoy going to the Baltimore Con more every year. Fewer creators come to Philly every year, and those that do were all there last year.
I wonder how the meeting went were someone said, "We should have the con on the same weekend as Heroes Con AND Father's Day. I guess Gareb was busy counting his CGC slabs or Valiant back issues to notice.
The mods over there are retards. I fully expected to get banned after requesting that Michael Turner and Steve Gerber get invites to the show. But I guess you can get away with a lot. Hi Ploppers! Welcome aboard. I join all of my fellow Nerdgasmers in applauding your efforts to point out just how bad Wizard has screwed us, the hardworking people spending our hard-earned money on the last WWP. We're all going to hold a funeral for WWP on Sunday monring. Punisher (AKA Intelligent Moron here) and a few of us are putting the final details together on Friday of the Con. You are more than welcome to join us and offer a eulogy. In addition, I have prepared RIP WWP t-shirts for most of us (see pic on left). I may have an extra one I can give you (I hope it is your size), but I can't promise it. I ordered the t-shirts a few weeks ago and just got them last week. If I don't have a t-shirt that is your size, we are asking all funeral participants to at least wear a black t-shirt. But, since you are the greatest WUMBer poster of all time, this rule does not apply to you. Once again, welcome aboard and I hope I get to meet you at WWP.

| Donny,
I will try but if someone else comes up and says they will please tell me. I am just not quite sure when I will make it around to dynamite's booth. And I don't want to promise it to you and if someone can assure you then take their word but I will definitely try....

| I think there is free WiFi in certain areas and you have to pay in meeting rooms and other areas. I don't know how that applies to the convention floor. | |
