Wizard has pulled together a decent con. Some great panels are lined up (Garth Ennis Q&A, Ennis/Dillon, Walt Simonson Retrospective, CGC insights, a few more...). Now, if we all get our tickets and we all get in the show on time (remember having to wait forever in the VIP line last few years?), I may be a satisfied customer. But don't get your hopes up. Something else is going to go wrong.

Bottom line, end of the day, we, the loyal customers, have been treated like crap. The funeral is on and I personally am going to pitch it to every comic blogger at the con that I can find, and I hope nobody is considering backing out of it.

It's a DECENT con...but I expected more. I sure as hell expected Marvel! This is Wizard. They have been the go-to magazine in the industry. When they put their name to something you expect quality and decent (for me) just doesn't cut it.

The current list of events in posted on the website on the Programming page. It's about 90% complete.

Also, we're currently up to 22 exclusives on the site, and to be honest, I have A LOT more to post. But it's coming up on 8:30 here and I need some sleep. I've been here almost 12 hours so far today!

Also, just added Yancy Butler and Marina Sirtis to the guest list!

For whomever it was asking about the other people I was working on, I still have 3 or 4 comic people to list who haven't sent in their paperwork yet, so I can't list or announce them yet. One of the big comic guys I was talking to had to pass, but may come to Chicago, and will almost definitely be in New York.

And I have one more Special Media Guest to add to the site tomorrow once her paperwork comes through.

Sorry if I haven't addressed everyone's questions, but this week is the deadline to submit the program guide for printing, so it's pretty insane right now.

And then Monday is the deadline for the complete schedule of events and panels, so it's going to be a busy weekend!

After that I should have some more time to breathe a bit and start working on Chicago and do this all over again!

I didn't do jack shit and they banned me. All I did was point out that they won't allow filtered curse words on their message board, but on their website in the exclusives section there is basically pornographic pictures. Unbelievable.
