Along with the sketches and autographs you seek, what are you hoping to get at the con as well? Here is what I am looking for:

Personally I will be mainly going for sketches but also for any Punisher Merch I don't already have as well as some certain Punisher Vs Cards. I may dabble in the comics later on Sunday but will definitely be looking for some great TPB deals. So far my TPB list is.

the only one of those i havent read is transmetropolitan. all the others are awesome.

I'm going to get a Randy Bowen bust and then get him to lick it, I mean autograph it.

I also will do my normal dumpster diving in the .25 - 1.00 bins.

This might be the year that I finally make good on my threat to steal the wheel of doom.

I might pick up some Invincible. I've heard good things about it and I'm running out of shit to read. Any other suggestions?

The Boys is one of my favorites...Crossed is to sick so over the top....LOVE IT!!

As for what I hope to get at the con. I will get some Walking Dead trades since most of you say its good. God help you all if it sucks! I'm new to the sketch thing so if anyone can just point me out to the cool artist that would be cool. I usually pick something up from Greg Horn...cool guy...he did a Ghost Rider/Skrull sketch for me at this year’s NYCC. I usually also get one big item. Two years ago I got a Batman bat that was signed by Bob Kane. This past year I pick up a penciled page by Casey Jones and inked page by Karl Kesel from a What if? tribute book to Mike Wieringo. It was at a Hero Initiative auction and I go it for a really good deal. I hope they have another one at WWP.

The way Wizard is going maybe they'll auction off some of their employees so you can buy them and kick them in the nuts!

And then swing by Buz Hasson and Ken Haeser to get ones by them... they usually sell their book to you and then do a free sketch for it. Good read of a book to. And of course Mike Champion is going to be there and his art is wishee washee.

as for walking dead just buy the compendium its 60 bucks and has issues 1 thru 48 in it.

Hell, I might have to start a sketchbook up. Since I'm working on a book about the First Crusades, I may start getting different artist's takes on Crusaders. I like me my knights!

I ended up with 6 sketches - Franco (Guy Gardner), Jamar Nicolas (Black Lightning), Rich Faber (Captain Marvel), Ken (Blue Beetle), Buz (Superman Blue) & Charles Paul Wilson from 3rd World Studios (Mercury from The Metal Men).

As far as sketches at Philly, find me at the show & I'll give you some suggestions. I recommend getting one from Brad Guigar. He does the webcomic Evil Inc. He'll do a sketch with background for about $30. Usually the sketches he does for me have a comical twist to them. I'm sure he could come up with something fun on a character like Punisher.

Let's see some of those sketches? Is there a thread where they're posted? I feel left out (and a little sad that I wasn't mentioned as even a little crazy )

Any word on what con on the east coast you gonna make it out to?

It looks like work will be relocating me to Tennessee this summer, so it looks like a lot more. Philly and Baltimore are about 99% confirmed. There's about a 50/50 chance of SDCC at the moment, but if I do that, FanExpo may be out of the question. I'll likely do the Dragon Con in Atlanta as it'll be about a 3 hour drive.

Definitely Philly and more than likely barring any set backs Baltimore... hopefully i will have a job by Baltimore so I won't have rely on an unemployment check for spending money.
